The C2C-LBK-500 is designed for the heavy lifting of AI data center commissioning. It provides a massive, controllable heat load to stress test your facility’s liquid infrastructure without the risk of using live IT equipment.

Zero Contamination Architecture

All wetted components, including load elements, piping, sensors, and valves, are 100 percent stainless steel. This ensures your facility’s sensitive piping remains free of rust and contaminants during testing.

Massive Thermal Capacity

A single unit delivers 500 kW of resistive load. By networking multiple units via Modbus TCP333, you can simulate multi-megawatt heat loads to validate large-scale chillers and dry coolers.

Intelligent Loop Monitoring

This is more than just a heater; it is a diagnostic tool. The built-in 10 inch HMI and PLC system provide real-time monitoring of flow rates, temperature differentials (Δt), and system pressure.

Universal Compatibility

Designed to work with fresh water, chilled water, glycol mixtures, and mineral oils, 500 kW Liquid Cooled Load Bank adapts to your specific cooling medium whether you are testing a DLC primary loop or a facility water loop.

Liquid cooled load banks are wet systems, and ownership means taking responsibility for their chemistry and condition. If units are not fully drained, dried, and stored correctly, internal loops can develop algae, scale, or corrosion during periods of downtime.

Storage in unconditioned warehouses also introduces freeze risk, which can lead to damaged piping and heating elements.

With a rental approach, all flushing, chemical treatment, maintenance, and climate controlled storage are handled for you, so you receive a clean, calibrated unit every time.

Capital Efficiency

During Level 4 and Level 5 commissioning, most projects only require between 500 kW and 5 MW of dummy load for a limited period of time.
