True Hybrid Simulation

AI racks are not just liquid cooled or just air cooled. They are often both. This unit provides 150 kW of liquid cooling and 100 kW of air cooling in a single chassis, allowing you to stress test your facility’s water loop and HVAC systems simultaneously.

Stress Testing at Scale

By networking multiple units via Modbus TCP, you can simulate multi megawatt AI clusters, verifying that your electrical busway and cooling plant can handle the massive step loads typical of AI training runs.

Precision Control

Featuring a central PLC controller with a 10 inch HMI, you gain granular control over load steps down to 1 kW. This allows you to simulate idle, training, and inference workloads with plus or minus five percent loading accuracy.

Zero Contamination Design

The liquid pipeline is constructed from SS304 stainless steel, ensuring that your facility’s critical water loop, including CDUs and cold plates, is never exposed to rust or particulate matter during testing.
